急诊PCI治疗与急诊溶栓治疗对急性心肌梗死患者BNP及心功能的影响被引量：23

摘要目的通过对比分析我院收治的急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者接受直接冠状动脉腔内成形术及支架植入(直接PCI)和溶栓治疗的临床结果,比较两种治疗方法对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者BNP水平及近期心功能的影响,为理想的AMI治疗方法的选择提供科学依据,并探讨其机制。方法采用队列研究的方法。自2009年8月—2011年6月在收住我院心脏监护病房(CCU)的90例AMI患者中,入选符合再灌注治疗的患者共88例。其中,50例接受直接PCI治疗;38例接受国产尿激酶150万～200万U药物溶栓治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果与溶栓组相比,治疗后1周后,急诊PCI组的血清BNP含量明显减少,较溶栓组有统计学意义,与溶栓组相比,治疗后1周后,急诊PCI组的LVEF明显增加,较溶栓组有统计学意义。结论急诊PCI组较溶栓组能明显降低急性心肌梗死后BNP水平,改善LVEF水平,可使急性心肌梗死患者获益更大。
