消化道造影剂吸入气道致重度弥漫性肺部病变一例

摘要 1病例简介患者,男,52岁,因＂咳嗽咳痰气喘1周＂于2011年2月14日入院。近1周来患者出现咳嗽,咳黄白痰伴气喘,低热,无胸痛,偶有粉红色泡沫痰,新沂市医院输液治疗效果差,胸部CT（2011-02-13）示两肺多发炎症肺底斑片状高密度影,转入本院。既往患者2008年＂小脑胶质瘤＂手术治疗,1月前吞咽困难,上消化道造影及胃镜检查无明显异常,
