摘要
目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者失眠的护理干预方法,确保患者康复满意。方法将87例慢性心力衰竭伴失眠的患者随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(42例)。对照组行常规护理;观察组采用自制问卷调查患者失眠的症状及影响患者睡眠的因素,并对影响因素进行综合干预。结果干预后,观察组睡眠情况、药物辅助睡眠患者数显著优于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论综合护理干预能提高慢性心力衰竭患者失眠时对疾病相关知识的认识和自我管理能力,改变不良的行为和生活习惯,改善睡眠,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the care of chronic heart failure patients with insomnia interventions to ensure rehabilitation of patients with satisfaction.Methods The 87 patients with chronic heart failure patients with insomnia were randomly divided into control group（45 cases） and the observation group（42 cases）.Control group,routine care;observation group were self-made questionnaire survey of patients with insomnia symptoms and sleep factors,and factors affecting the comprehensive intervention.Results After the intervention,the observation group sleep,sleep aid drugs in patients was significantly better than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve insomnia in patients with chronic heart failure related to disease awareness and self-knowledge,management skills,changing behavior and habits,improve sleep,improve quality of life.
