摘要
我国民航事业的飞速发展对其从业人员的素质提出更高的要求,而模拟培训对提高空管人员素质所发挥的作用已得到广泛认同。本文采用层次分析法与模糊综合评判法相结合,对程序管制的培训效度进行研究,以期量化培训效果,进一步提高程序管制模拟培训效度。
The rapid development of China's civil aviation industry requires its employees a higher quality. And the role of simulation training to improve the controller quality has been recog- nized widely. This paper combines AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to research the procedural control training validity in order to quantify the training effectiveness and to further improve the procedural control training validity.
