吡嗪-2-羧酸铜配合物[Cu(C_5H_3N_2O_2)_2]的合成、晶体结构和光谱性质

摘要 用吡嗪-2-羧酸合成了配合物[Cu(C5H3N2O2)2],并通过元素分析、红外分析及X-射线衍射对其结构进行了表征.晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为:P2(1)/c,晶胞参数:a=5.0624(9),b=15.414(3),c=7.1110(13),β=106.701(2)°,V=531.48(16)3,Z=2.F(000)=310,吸收系数μ=2.072mm-1,最终偏离因子R1=0.0216,wR2=0.0594.中心铜原子与两个吡嗪-2-羧酸配体形成配合物分子,各分子之间通过弱相互作用形成一维链状结构. A novel copper coordination polymer [Cu(C5H3N2O2)2] has been synthesized and it was characterized by elemental analysis,FTIR and X-ray diffraction single-crystal structure analyses.Crystal data: monoclinic,space group P2(1)/c,a = 5.0624(9) ,b = 15.414(3),c = 7.1110(13),β= 106.701(2)°,V= 531.48(16)3,Z=2,F(000) = 310,final R indices: R1 = 0.0216,wR2 = 0.0594.In the molecular structure,the central Cu ion is coordinated to two Pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid molecules.The pack structure shows that one dimension chain is formed by weak interaction among molecules.
