摘要
长株潭"两型社会"建设的内在要求是资源节约和环境友好,资源节约和环境友好的实质是可持续发展,绿色经济是可持续发展的体现形式和形象概括,发展绿色经济是实现"两型社会"建设的有效途径。通过对城市群绿色经济发展评价体系的研究,分析了长株潭绿色经济发展的制约因素,并有针对性的提出了长株潭绿色经济发展的空间布局思考、发展载体优化分析和保障措施,为长株潭"两型社会"建设提供重要的参考依据。
The necessary requirement of ＂Two-oriented＂ society construction of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration are resource saving and eviromentally friendly which actually mean sustainable development of which embodiment is green economy——the efficient path to the ＂Two-oriented＂ society construction.The research of evaluation system based on green economy development of city cluster and analysis of current situation of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration and together with pertinent planning and establishing considerations as well as analysis for development of carrier optimization and measure,which put forward to Chang-Zhu-Tan circular economy are taken as important basis for the ＂Two-oriented＂ society construction.
