党校系列塑造"铁三角"官员形象,未跳脱圈子文化;而干部的带病提拔,集中了情感与制度、才能与道德、用人标准的较量,未突破官场小说发展限度。《无处逃遁》释放新可能,以官员"抑郁症"为隐喻,提供新视域,超越个人经验返观官员生活,批判官场生态,呈现最生动、真实、鲜活的中国式官员经验,贡献新的开掘疆域与审美向度,是对官场文学的丰富。
This article is based on the samples of recent symbolic officialdom novels and YANG Shao- heng' s Party novels. The past Party novels mostly aimed to build "the iron triangle" image of party officials, which still stayed in the culture of the field; For the promotion of the sick officials, it is filled with the balance between the emotion and system, the talent and morals, and employment standard, which are still within the limit of officialdom novels. No Escape creates the new possibility. It uses the depression of the officialdom as a metaphor to provide new horizons, which has gone beyond the personal experience to return to gaze at their lives. It also criticizes the official circle zoology, and presents the most vivid, true and lively Chinese official experiences, and expands the new domain and aesthetic dimensions ,which enriches the officialdom literature.
