摘要
探讨了在微波加热条件下,不同微波处理条件、浴比以及氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、各种助剂的用量对棉织物退煮漂一浴前处理效果的影响,并通过测试织物白度、退浆等级、毛细效应、断裂强度等指标,与水浴锅加热的退煮漂一浴处理效果进行比较,试验结果表明:微波加热可以在几分钟的处理时间内达到较理想的前处理效果,节省能源。
The pretreatment techniques of pure cotton fabric in single bath process with microwave were described,and the effects of different microwave treatment conditions,liquor ratio,and the dosage of NaOH,H2O2,various kinds of assistant agent on the cotton pretreatment were discussed.At the same time,a series of tests after microwave processing were implemented,such as whiteness,desizing grade,capillary effect,fracture strength.Through a comparative analysis of the microwave and boiling water bath heating in one bath of desizing,scouring and bleaching,the ideal treatment effect could be achieved within a few minutes pretreatment time by microwave heating,thus microwave technology could greatly save energy.
