236例老年人胰腺癌诊治体会及综合分析

Diagnosis,treatment and comprehensive analysis of 236 cases with senile pancreatic cancer

目的:回顾性分析老年人胰腺癌临床表现,延误诊治的原因,诊治过程及转归,探讨早期发现、诊断和治疗的正确方法。方法:采用多医院长时间大宗病例回顾性荟萃分析。结果:胰腺癌早期症状不明显,几乎所有病例均存在不同时间的误诊期,从而直接影响到治疗方法、治疗效果和生存时间。结论:胰腺癌起病隐匿,早期临床表现不明显,症状无特异性,应引起临床医生高度警惕。

Objective： To review and retrospectively analyze the senile pancreatic cancer′s clinical manifestations,causes for misdiagnosis,treatment process,as well as diagnosis and treatment in early stage.Methods： Retrospective analysis which were based on clinical cases from multiple hospitals and time periods were carried out.Results： Pancreatic cancer had no particular symptoms at early stage,so misdiagnosis occurred in almost all clinical cases at different times,which directly affected the treatment method,treatment outcome and survivorship.Conclusion： Pancreatic cancer does not cause obvious symptoms in the early stage and has no distinctive clinical manifestation.Doctors must be highly aware of the possibilities.
