可生物降解水性聚氨酯浆料的合成和性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究水性聚氧酯浆料的上浆性能以聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸作为原料合成了一种水性聚氨酯纺织浆料,对其结构进行了红外分析,并时其浆液、浆膜性能及可生物降解性进行了研究结果表明:水性聚氨酯浆料黏度低且黏度热稳定性好,浆液对纯棉纤维具有较好的黏附性;浆膜吸湿率较低且碱溶性好,能有效防止吸湿再黏,易于退浆;聚氨酯浆料的BOD_5/COD值大于0.45,易于降解。认为该水性聚氨酯可部分或完全取代PVA进行上浆。 Sizing property of watersoluble polyurethane size mixture was studied. One kind of watersoluble polyure- thane textile size mixture was compounded by polyester glycol, polyether giycoI,isophorone diisocyanate and dimethylol propionie acid. Size mixture structure was analyzed by infrared spectrometer. The sizing,size film property and biodegradability are studied. The result shows that viscosity and its thermal stability of watersoluble polyurethane size mixture were better. Adhesion of the sizing to cotton fiber is better. The moisture absorption of sizing film is lower and its alkalisoluble is better. Reviscosity after moisture absorption can be prevented effectively, the size can be desized easily. BOD5/COD value of polyurethane size mixture is larger than 0.45 ,the size mixture can be degraded easily. It is considered that PVA can be replaced partial or completely by the polyurethane size mixture.
