摘要 探讨平行纺水溶性维纶柔体纱的生产工艺利用空心锭子平行纺纱原理,纺制出涤纶长丝作为芯纱,水溶性维纶作为外包纤维,棉纤维平行排列的三组分包芯复合纱经过退维工艺,制成包芯柔体纱,并对退维前后纱线性能及退维工艺进行了测试分析认为:该纺纱方法退维容易,工艺简单,较好地提升了产品档次和附加值建议在满足织造要求的前提下,选择单包纺纱,退维容易且比较彻底还应合理控制退维温度、时间和浴比,并采用连续溢流换水方法,防止维纶分子进入棉纤维使纱线手感变硬,影响柔体纱品质。 Processing of parallel spinning water-soluble vinylon soft yarn was discussed. According to principle of hollow spindle parallel spinning,three components core compound yarn can be spun,i, e. polyester filament as core yarn, water-soluble vinylon as cover fiber, cotton fiber arranged in parallel. After de-vinylon process, core soft yarn can be made. Yarns property and de-vinylon processing betore and after de-vinylon were tested and analyzed. It is considered that the spinning method and processing are simple for de-vinylon,product grade and added value can be increased well. It is suggested that in condition of satisfying weaving demands, Vinylon can be drained away thoroughly when selecting single filament. Temperature,time and bath ratio should be controlled rationally, method of overflow water continuously was adopted to prevent vinylon molecular entering cotton fiber and making yarn feel hard,effecting soft yarn quality.
