摘要
探讨竹浆纤维细特涤纶弹力竹节纱的生产工艺。根据两种纤维特性采用条子混和工艺,开清棉合理配置速度、隔距等工艺参数,提高开松和梳理质量、减少纤维损伤;并粗工序采用较低速度,减少缠绕;细纱采用较大隔距、较低速度、较大的捻系数,合理设定竹节参数;络筒采用小张力、低速度,适当放宽电清参数结果成功纺制出竹浆纤维/细特涤纶70/30 13.5 tex(44.4dtex)弹力竹节纱,满足了产品开发的质量要求。
Production processing of bamboo fiber fine polyester elastic slub yarn was discussed. According to the two kinds of fiber property, sliver blending processing was adopted. Speed and gauges parameter should be set rationally in opening and picking process, opening and combing quality should be increased and fiber injury should be reduced. Lower speed was adopted in drawing and roving process to reduce fiber winding. Larger gauge, lower speed and larger twist factor should be adopted in spinning process,slub yarn parameter should be set rationally. Less tension and lower speed processing should be adopted in winding process, electronic yarn clearer parameter should be set widely properly. Finally bamboo/fine polyester 70/30 13.5 rex(44.4 dtex)elastic slub yarn can be spun successfully, quality demands of product development can be reached.
