摘要
为了制备一种水泥基微波吸收材料,采用弓形反射法(NRL),以功率反射率作为表征材料吸波性能的指标,研究了8~18GHz频率范围内,水泥基材料自身的吸波性能、锰锌铁氧体粉掺量对材料反射率的影响以及试样厚度与微波反射率之间的关系,同时对铁氧体粉掺量与砂浆强度的关系进行了研究。结果表明,掺加铁氧粉后砂浆的反射率降低;随着铁氧体粉掺量的增加,砂浆在整个频率的吸收带宽增加,但表面阻抗匹配程度相应地变差;铁氧体粉的最佳掺量为水泥质量的30%,此时在8~18GHz频率范围内,反射率均在-6~-10dB;在有金属板衬底时,掺有铁氧体粉的水泥砂浆最佳吸波厚度为15mm,最小反射率为-28.6dB;掺加铁氧体在一定程度上会降低砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度。
The reflectivity of cementitious composites prepared with Mn-Zn ferrite was measured by the Naval Research Laboratory(NRL) testing system in the frequency ranges from 8 to 18 GHz.The effects of the matrix and the absorber content of the ferrite and the thickness of the specimen on the absorption properties of the cement-based composite were studied as well as the relation between the ferrite dosage and the mortar strength.The results show that the addition of the ferrite widens the absorption bandwidth and the optimal content of the ferrite is 30% mass fraction of the cement;that the reflectivity of the cementitious composite with 30% wt ferrite is-6~-10 dB;that the minimum reflectivity can reach-28.6 dB when the thickness of the specimen is 15 mm;and that the compressive strength and the flexure strength decrease with the increase of the ferrite dosage.
