当前质量监督工作迫切需要解决的问题与对策

Problems needing solution in current quality supervision and countermeasures

针对当前质量监督工作中存在的参建各方主体质量行为不规范,法律意识及质量意识淡薄等问题进行了分析,从各级政府和行政主管部门及"第三方"工程质量监督机构等方面入手,提出了相应对策并作了具体阐述,以期促进建筑业有序发展。

This paper analyzes some problems existing in current quality supervision, such as non-standard quality behavior of construction parties, weak legal consciousness and quality awareness etc. Starting from three aspects of governments at all levels, administrative department, and ＂the third party＂ engineering quality supervisory organ and so on, it proposes corresponding countermeasures, and makes specific illustration, with a view to promote orderly development of construction industry
