中医药治疗老年人社区获得性肺炎临床研究要点的思考

中医药治疗老年人社区获得性肺炎(CAP)具有明显的疗效和特色,但缺乏较高质量的临床研究,从而影响了中医药治疗CAP的推广应用及深入研究。基于近年国内外相关临床试验和诊疗指南,结合国内中医药治疗CAP临床研究现状,就开展中医药治疗老年人CAP临床研究中若干要点进行了讨论,包括研究预期目的和目标的确定、受试者的选择、试验方案设计、给药方案、临床疗效评价结局与指标的选择、访视与评价时间的确定、风险与获益等。以期对中医药治疗老年CAP临床研究有所裨益。

Chinese medicine in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia in the elderly has a significant effect and features,but the lack of high quality clinical research,thereby affecting the application and in-depth study of Chinese medicine treatment of CAP.Based on clinical trials and treatment guidelines at home and abroad in recent years,combined with the status of clinical research in the Chinese medicine treatment,Some key points of clinical research in the treatment of CAP in the elderly with Chinese medicine were discussed,including the ensure of study expected goals and objectives,the subjects selection,test design,dose schedule,outcomes of the clinical efficacy evaluation and selection of effect index,the time of visiting and evaluation,risk and benefits and so on.Expect the benefit of the clinical research in the treatment of CAP in the elderly with Chinese medicine.
