经方临床疗效取决于用量的把握,经方用量在张仲景用药量与现代规定药物常用量之间的权衡值得思索。研究表明,介于原载用量与现代药典规定用量之间的中间剂量,既能取得比药典剂量更好的疗效,又基本不逊于原载用量的药效。经方用量应在原载用量与现代常用量之间依个体选择最佳用量。

The effect of classical formulae depends on dosage.It is essential to investigate the dosage of classical formulae.It was found that the effect of medium dosage was generally equivalent to that of recorded dosage in the original,and better than common dosage of the pharmacopoeia.The best dosage of classical formulae ought to be chosen individually between recorded dosage and common dosage today.
