翁维良教授治疗高血压病验案分析

Analysis on the typical medical record of hypertension from Professor WENG Wei-liang

翁维良教授从事心血管疾病临床和科研工作已50余年,对高血压病的治疗积累了丰富经验。文章通过对翁教授治疗高血压病的3个典型验案进行分析,初步总结了翁教授治疗高血压病的经验,即疾病初期,以实证(肝火上炎、肝阳上亢)多见,治以祛邪为主(清肝平肝);疾病日久,则多属于本虚标实(阴虚阳亢、瘀血阻络),宜标本兼治(滋补潜阳、活血通络)。同时针对高血压病痰湿体质多见的特点,则宜活血祛痰。

Professor WENG Wei-liang has been working on cardiovascular diseases for more than 50 years,and has accumulated lots of experience.This article simply summarizes Professor WENG＇s experience on his treating hypertension by analyzing his 3 typical medical records.Professor WENG divided hypertension into 2 stages.One is sthenia syndrome and the other is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.Different treatment should be prescribed in these two stages.Hypertension commonly occurs in a constitution with Sputum and haemostasis.To this,promoting blood flow and eliminating phlegm should be used.
