从心脑主神明之争探讨中医学脑的功能

Study on functions of brain in TCM from issue of heart or brain governing the spirit

分析了"心主神明"与"脑主神明"的理论依据,认为"心主神明"论是建立在中医整体观念之上,说明五脏、心、精神活动之间关系的一种学说,对中医脑病的治疗具有重要的指导作用。但"心主神明"论也导致中医对脑这一重要的器官缺乏独立和完整性的认识。提出应当提倡"脑是主管知觉、运动、思维和记忆的器官"的观点。

The author analyzed the theoretical basis of ＇heart governing the spirit＇,＇brain governing the spirit＇,and thought that the ＇heart governing the spirit＇ was a kind of theory that based on the holism of TCM,＇heart governing the spirit＇ explained the relationship among five internal organs,heart and spirit,it played important role in the treatment of brain disease in TCM.But the theory of ＇heart governing the spirit＇ also caused the incomplete recognition on the brain.The author put forward that brain was an organ with the functions of governing consciousness,sport,thought and memory.
