摘要
目的:优选制备缬沙坦分子印迹聚合物的实验条件。方法:以缬沙坦(Valsartan)为模板分子,分别以甲基丙烯酸(MAA),丙烯酰胺(AA),2-乙烯基吡啶(2-VPY),4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VPY)为功能单体,以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA),三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯(TRIM)为交联剂,以乙腈为溶剂进行聚合物的制备,通过结合能力实验考察不同条件制备的聚合物对缬沙坦的印迹效率。结果:以2-乙烯基吡啶(2-VPY)为功能单体、以乙腈为溶剂、以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂制备所得到的聚合物对缬沙坦有较好的结合性能。结论:采用优选出的条件所制备的缬沙坦分子印迹聚合物对缬沙坦具有良好的吸附性能。
Objective: Optimization the conditions of synthesizing the molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) of Valsartan.Methods: Different functional monomers: α-Methacrylic acid(MAA),acrylamide(AA),2-vinyl pyridine(2-VPY),4-vinyl pyridine(4-VPY) and crosslinkers: ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA),three methyl ester trimethylolpropane acrylate(TRIM) was investigated for synthesis the Valsartan-MIPs in acetonitrile solvent and the polymers were compared by combination of ability.Results: The MIP using 2-vinyl pyridine(2-VPY) as functional monomer and acetonitrile as solvent,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) as crosslinker was good for combination with Valsartan.Conclusion: The MIP of Valsartan was prepared by the optimization conditions has a good adsorption performance.
