中医特色外治疗法对寻常型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the characteristic external treatment of TCM in plaque psoriasis vulgaris

目的:观察中医特色外治法治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的疗效。方法:将入组的66例寻常型斑块状银屑病患者按照入院顺序编号,采用随机数字表法分成两组即治疗组32例,对照组34例。治疗组采用中药药浴联合走罐疗法治疗。对照组采用NB-UVB照射治疗联合卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗。两组共使用8周,观察治疗后第4、8周两组皮损的变化,从而作出临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组治疗4、8周的有效率分别为87.5%和93.8%,对照组为82.4%和94.1%。两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义。结论:中医特色外治法治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病临床疗效和NB-UVB照射治疗联合卡泊三醇软膏外用治疗临床疗效相当,且简便易操作。提示中药药浴疗法和走罐疗法可作为中医治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的一种安全、有效的优选治疗方法,适用于临床,可在基层医院推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of the external treatment of TCM in treating Plaque Psoriasis vulgaris.Methods： The group of 66 patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris was ordered by hospital order Numbers,which divided by random digital table method into two groups： the treatment group was 32 cases,the control group was 34 cases.The treatment group was treated by herbal bath with the moving cupping therapy.The control group was treated by NB-UVB radiation therapy with Calcipotriol Ointment.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.We observed lesion changes 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment respectively,and made the evaluation of clinical curative effect.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5% after 4 weeks,93.8% after 8 weeks.The effective rate of the control group was 82.4% after 4 weeks,94.1% after 8 weeks.The effective rate of the two groups had no statistically significant.Conclusion： The external treatment of TCM and the NB-UVB radiation with Calcipotriol Ointment therapy both have clinical curative effect.Compared with the NB-UVB radiation with Calcipotriol Ointment therapy,TCM external treatment was more convenient.The herbal bath and the moving cupping therapy are significantly effective to treat plaque psoriasis vulgaris and can be applied in clinical use.
