部分脾动脉栓塞治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜33例分析

目的:探讨脾栓塞治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的效果。方法:将33例特发性血小板减少性紫癜的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均行脾动脉栓塞术治疗ITP,对照组栓塞面积约55%±10%,观察组患者栓塞面积约75%±10%。结果:观察组患者治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;治疗前后免疫球蛋白水平变化不明显(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论:65%-85%脾栓塞效果明显,更持久,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analyze the effect of partial splenic embolization for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods： 33 ITP patients were randomized into 2 groups to receive splenic embolization with gelatin sponge paticles, and the embolized volume ranged between 65% and 85% in observation group, and between 45% and 65% in the control group. Result： The observation group has better clinical effect than the control group 1 year after the operation （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the splenic function in neither group underwent any significant changes after operation （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： 65% -85% of splenic embolization volumes will lead better clinical effect.
