The paper points out that a new and effective certificate no part of the blind signature mechanism replace existing public key,analyzes the attack against the cause of formation,and through the modified algorithm improved the signature verification of this part of the blind signature mechanism.Analysis shows that the improvement plan effectively prevents the existing public key replace attack.
