摘要
以中职计算机教育背景下学生个体差异参差不齐的状况,以及社会发展对人才的多样性需求为出发点,研究分层教学法在中职计算机教育中的应用。主要研究中职院校计算机教育开展分层次教学的目标、过程和要求,这些要求既有针对教师素质和课程设置等方面的,也有针对教学管理、教育教学质量评价和教学投入等方面。首先对中职院校分层次教学开展的内涵进行阐述,然后从教学层次的横向与纵向上对中职学生进行划分,最后给出高职计算机分层次教学选派教师方法。
This paper makes a study of computer education of the secondary vocational colleges in teaching goal,layered process,these demands for teachers＇ qualifications and course design,teaching management,etc.the meaning of mulit-level teaching of Secondary vocational colleges paper was expressed,divides the strudents of the secondary vocational colleges with the vertical and lateral multi-level teaching,Then gives the appointments methods of teacher of multi-level teaching in computer education.
