7-15岁脑瘫儿童和普通儿童音调特征的比较研究

A Comparative Study of the Pitch Characteristics of Children with Cerebral Palsy and Normal Children Aged 7-15

本研究目的是为了探讨7-15岁脑瘫儿童的音调特征,比较脑瘫儿童与普通儿童在音调特征上的差异。研究结果表明:(1)脑瘫儿童的MSF0及F0SD极显著高于普通儿童;(2)普通儿童13岁后的MSF0及F0SD变化很大,变声期13岁左右,脑瘫儿童变声期15岁开始,7-15岁的F0SD变化不大;(3)变声期普通女童的MSF0及F0SD显著高于男童,脑瘫儿童男女间的MSF0及F0SD无显著性差异;(4)手足徐动型瘫儿的MSF0显著高于痉挛型瘫儿和普通儿童,F0SD极显著高于痉挛型瘫儿和普通儿童。

This study aims to explore the pitch characteristics of children with cerebral palsy aged 7-15, as well as the difference in pitch characteristics between children with cerebral palsy and normal children. The results show the following： （1） The children with cerebral palsy have a significantly higher MSFO and FOSD than the normal children. （2） The MSFO and FOSD of the normal children change a lot after they reach the age of 13, whereas the children with cerebral palsy start to change their voice at the age of 15, but their FOSD makes almost no change at the age of 7-15. （3） The MSF0 and FOSD of the normal girls are significant higher than those of the normal boys during the voice-changing period, while there is no significant difference in MSF0 or FOSD between the boys and gifts with cerebral palsy. （4） The athetosic children with cerebral palsy have a significantly higher MSlr0 and FOSD than the children with spastic paralysis and the normal children.
