摘要 [目的]探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、微血管密度(micro vasculadensity,MVD)和nm-23基因在乳腺恶性增生病变中的表达及意义.[方法]收集经手术切除且病理证实的乳腺癌病例65例,所有患者术前均未经放疗或化疗,记录各患者肿瘤大小,组织学类型,病理分期等临床资料,采用免疫组化S-P法检测标本中VEGF、nm-23和MVD的表达.[结果]VEGF,nm-23和MVD表达与患者的肿瘤大小、组织学类型无关(P〉0.05).VEGF,nm-23和MVD表达与乳腺癌临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05).VEGF、MVD两者阳性表达呈正相关,VEGF,nm-23两者阳性表达呈负相关,nm-23与MVD表达无相关性.[结论]3者联合检测可能有助于乳腺病变的病理学分期诊断. [Objective]To explore vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), microvascular density(MVD) and nm 23 in malignant hyperplasia lesion of breast and its significance. [Methods]Sixty five cases of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected. All patients were not given radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation. The clinical data such as tumor size, histological type and pathologic stage of patients were recorded. Immunohistochemistry .S-P method was used to detect the expression of VEGF, nm-23 and MVD in specimens. [Results] The expression of VEGF, nm-23 and MVD had no relation with the tumor size and histological type( P 〉0.05). The expression of VEGF, nm-23 and MVD were associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer( P 〈0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and MVD, while there was negative correlation between the expression of VEGF and nm 23. The expression of nm-23 had no relation with MVD. [Conclusion]The combination detection of VEGF, nm-23 and MVD may be helpful for the diagnosis of pathological stage of breast lesions.
