摘要
[目的]探讨多层螺旋CT在小儿支气管桥中的应用价值.[方法]选择15例支气管桥患儿的临床影像学资料,分析其多层螺旋CT影像学特征.[结果]多层螺旋CT常规横断面显示14例(93.3%),后处理气道重建显示15例(100%);支气管桥的气管隆突显著高于正常隆突位置,而其中14例(93.3%)的桥支气管分叉位置位于T5、T6水平,低于正常隆突水平,且分叉夹角比较大.[结论]多层螺旋CT是支气管桥的最佳影像学诊断方法,值得临床推广.
[Objectivel To explore the diagnosis value of multi-slice CT(MDCT) for pediatric bridging bronchus. [MethodsI The clinical imaging materials of 15 children with bronchial bridge were chosen and the MDCT imaging features were analyzed. [ResultslThere were 14 cases(93.3 %) with conventional cross-sectional display of MDCT and 15 cases(100% ) with post-processing airway reconstruction. Bronchial bridge tracheal long axon was significantly higher than normal long axon position. Bridge bronchus dividing position in 14 patients(93.3%) located on T5 and T6 level and was below the normal long axon level with obvious larger bifurcation angle. [Conclusion] MDCT is the best imaging diagnostic method of bronchial bridge. Therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
