支气管哮喘的特异性免疫治疗进展 被引量:1

摘要 支气管哮喘(哮喘)是由多种细胞和细胞组分(如嗜酸粒细胞、肥大细胞、T 细胞、中性粒细胞、气道上皮细胞等)参与的一种气道的慢性炎症性疾病,其病因与发病机制并未完全明了.个体变应性体质和环境因素是其发病的主要因素,气道的高度反应性是其发病的中心环节,并具有一定的遗传倾向.近年来,其发病率及患病率不断上升,但目前仍无特效的治疗方法.临床上仍以药物治疗为主以控制和缓解症状,如β2受体激动剂,抗胆碱药,茶碱类,白三烯(LT)调节剂,H1受体拮抗剂,糖皮质激素等,特异性免疫治疗(也称脱敏疗法)是目前唯一有效的病因疗法,并取得较大进展.本文主要针对其哮喘的发病机制、特异性免疫治疗及其不足等方面进行综述.
