胰岛素泵皮下埋置针部位皮肤消毒方法的改进 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨胰岛素泵皮下埋置针部位置针前、后及拔针前、后皮肤消毒的效果.[方法]160例糖尿病患者随机分为试验组82例与对照组78例,试验组采用置入埋置针前消毒、置入埋置针后立即消毒、拔出埋置针前消毒、拔出埋置针后消毒,以穿刺点为中心消毒周围10 cm×10 cm皮肤;对照组仅在埋置针前对局部皮肤进行常规消毒,比较两组局部感染发生情况.[结果]试验组的局部感染率显著低于对照组(P〈0.01).[结论]胰岛素泵皮下埋置针前后及拔针前后四次消毒效果可靠.
