家庭健康教育干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响 被引量：5

摘要 [目的]探讨家庭健康教育干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响.[方法]将出院的慢性心力衰竭患者180例随机分为干预组和对照组各90例,出院后两组均给予抗心衰维持治疗,干预组由主治医生和主管护士组成家庭访视小组,每2个月一次访视患者家庭,实施健康教育指导,为期1年;对照组采用自我管理和家庭监护为主的康复方式.1年后,采用明尼达心功能不全生活质量量表（MLHFQ）,分别对两组患者的生活质量进行评估.[结果]MLHFQ评定两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.12个月后,干预组MLHFQ评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,干预组再住院率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.[结论]家庭健康教育干预能改善慢性心力衰竭患者的症状,降低复发率,提高生活质量,促进康复.
