摘要
目的探讨不同程度甲亢对妊娠后期母鼠心脏的影响。方法通过建立不同程度的妊娠合并甲亢模型,于孕20d剖腹取出心脏,称重,取心室组织做石蜡切片,masson染色镜下观察并测量心肌细胞直径和心肌细胞长度。结果随着甲亢的病程加重,妊娠后期母鼠心肌肥大加重。结论甲亢对孕鼠心脏的影响与甲亢程度呈正相关。
Objective To study the influence on heart in different level hyperthyroidism.Methods Set up the model of hyperthyroidism in different level.Then got the hearts of 20th day after gestation.Finally made histological section and observed myocardial cell.Results With the aggravation of hyperthyroidism,there were cardiac hypertrophy aggravation.Conclusion The influence of hyperthyroidism on the heart of pregnant rats is positively associated with the level of hyperthyroidism.
