高压氧对脊髓损伤患者的辅助治疗作用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨高压氧(HBO)对脊髓损伤(SCI)患者的辅助治疗作用。方法选择我院2008年1月~2010年6月收治的62例不完全脊髓损伤患者,随机分为2组,A组31例行常规手术、营养神经、康复训炼,术后3d内开始行2个月高压氧治疗;B组31例行常规手术、营养神经、康复训炼,不采用高压氧治疗,2组均于治疗6月时采用美国脊髓损伤协会(ASIA)损伤分级。结果 2组患者入选时差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗60d后,两组均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),A组较B组改善程度更大(P<0.05)。A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧对脊髓损伤患者行常规手术、营养神经、康复训练后,行高压氧治疗能促进脊髓损伤患者功能恢复。 Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy on function recovery in spinal cord injury(SCI)patients.Methods 62 SCI patients between Jan 2008 and Jun 2010 were selected randomly divided into 2 months hyperbaric oxygen therapy group(A,31 cases)and none hyperbaric oxygen therapy group(B,31 cases).The patients in both groups received the similar surgery,medicine and rehabilitation treatment.The effects were assessd by the American Spine Injury Association(ASIA) after 6 months.Results There was no difference between two groups before treatment,and the scores improved significantly after treatment,but the scores of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B.Conclusion After received surgery,medicine and rehabilitation treatment,hyperbaric oxygen therapy can facilitate the function recovery of SCI patients.
