Objective To investigate the relationship between anxiety syndrome and inflammatory factor,in order to provide doctors with experimental basis for their potency evaluation. Methods All patients were divided into 2 groups, one group with anxiety syndrome and the other group without. The serum levels of IL-6 and CRP were determined in patient with acute coronary syndrome, cardiovascular events were observed in every group. Results The serum levels of IL-6 and CRP in the group with anxiety was(101.1±22.3)ng/L and(14.90±4.86)g/L.The serum levels of IL-6 and CRP in the other group was(71.2±23.5)ng/L and(6.76±4.02)g/L.The difference between the two groups had statistic significance(P0.05).In the group with anxiety the levels of beke were along with the serum levels of IL-6(r=0.881) and CRP(r=0.822).The rate of cardiovascular events in the group with anxiety was 64.71%,the rate of cardiovascular events in the other group was 28.57%.The difference between the two groups had statistic significance(P0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-6 and CRP in group with anxiety syndrome is higher,in the group with anxiety the levels of beke are along with the serum levels of IL-6 and CRP.The cardiovascular events in group with anxiety syndrome is higher.Anxiety syndrome may affect the prognosis of acute coronary syndrome through the serum levels of IL-6 and CRP.
