经腹超声检查在胃肠道淋巴瘤诊断中的应用

Transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnsosis of gastrointestinal lymphoma

目的探讨胃肠道淋巴瘤的经腹超声图像特征。方法回顾性分析20例经内窥镜或手术病理证实的胃肠道淋巴瘤患者经腹超声图像特征。结果 20例中,超声发现病变18例,漏诊单纯溃疡型胃淋巴瘤2例。超声发现病变的18例中,胃淋巴瘤14例,肠道淋巴瘤4例,有2例为胃肠道同时受累。结论经腹超声在胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断中具有重要价值。

Objective To study the transabdominal uhrasonographic features of gastrointestinal lymphoma. Methods Transabdominal ultrasonographic features of 20 patients with gastrointestinal lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed, who were confirmed by endoscopy or operative pathology. Results In all 20 cases, 18 were detected by uhrasonography, 2 gastric lymphoma penitents with only mucosal ulcer weren＇t detected. In the 18 detected cases, 14 involved stomach, 4 involved bowel, and 2 involved both stomach and bowel. Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasound is useful in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal lymphoma.
