摘要
目的观察舒血宁对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注(MIR)损伤后的保护作用。方法 30只SD雄性大鼠随机分成假手术组、手术组和舒血宁组。采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)复制大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,用氯化三苯四唑(TTC)染色法测定心肌梗死面积,测定血浆肌酸激酶(CK-MB)和肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)浓度水平以及心肌组织NO的含量。结果与手术组相比,舒血宁组心肌梗死面积明显减少,并能显著降低血清CK-MB、cTnI浓度以及提高心肌组织NO的含量。结论舒血宁对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用,可能与提高心肌NO的含量有关。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shuxuening injection on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods 30 male S-Drats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Sham operation group, ischemia-reperfusion group, Shuxuening injection retreatment group. The myocardial injury rat model was created with the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery for 30min followed by 120min reperfusion. TYC dyeing was used to determine the myocardial infarct size. Creatine Kinase MB(CK-MB) and Cardiac Troponin I(cTnI) level in plasma were measured via ELISA assay. The NO production in heart tissue was measured by colorimetric assay. Results In Shuxuening injection treatment group, myocardial infarct size was significantly smaller, plasma CK-MB activity, cTnI level were decreased and NO production was significantly increased compared with ischemia-reperfusion group. Conclusion Shuxuening injection has significantl)' protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, perhaps related to increased NO production in heart tissue.
