手术室护士对子宫肌瘤患者实施围手术期舒适护理的效果观察

Effect of comfortable nursing by the operating room nurse on patients with hysteromyoma in perioperative period

目的改进护理模式,探讨手术室护士对子宫肌瘤患者实施围手术期舒适护理的方法和效果。方法将62例行子宫肌瘤切除术(剔除术)的患者,随机分为对照组(32例)和观察组(30例),两组一般资料统计学无差异性。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施围手术期舒适护理方法,包括术前访视、术前护理、术中舒适护理、术后复苏舒适护理及术后随访等细节服务方法,比较两组患者的舒适度指标和满意度。结果观察组患者舒适度和满意度均高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论手术室护士对子宫肌瘤患者围手术期间实施舒适护理措施可以增加患者的舒适度,提高患者对医疗护理行为的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing by the operating room nurse on patients with hysteromyoma in preoperative period. Methods Sixty two patients with Hysteromyoma in our hospitals were randomly divided into the control group（32 cases） and the observation group（30 cases）. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comfortable nursing in addition to conventional nursing by the operating room nurse. The degree of comfort and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The degree of patients＇ comfort and satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing model can improve patients＇ degree of comfort and satisfaction in perioperative period by the operating room nurse.
