载脂蛋白E4水平与阿尔采默病关系的分析

摘要
载脂蛋白E（Apolipoprotein E，ApoE）为一种多形态载脂蛋白．表现三种主要异构型：ApoE2，E3，E4。它们在单一基因位点上分别有三种等位基因82，83及84编码。这三种异构型的不同组合构成六种不同表型（3种纯合子-E狐2，E3／E3，E4／E4和三种杂合子-E2／E3，E3／E4，E2／E4）。
