中西医结合治疗糖尿病足60例

Treatment of 60 Cases of Diabetic Feet with Combined Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中药三仙丹、九分散酊、麒麟祛腐生肌膏外用治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组用中药三仙丹、九分散酊、麒麟祛腐生肌膏外用治疗。对照组用庆大霉素、胰岛素纱条及雷夫奴尔纱条治疗。结果:观察组糖尿病足治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合法治疗糖尿病足治愈率高。

Objective：To explore effects of SanXianDan,JiuFen SanDing,QiLin QuFu ShengJiGao in external application to diabetic feet.Method：60 patients with diabetic feet are divided into observation group and control group randomly.Observation group are treated with SanXianDan,JiuFen SanDing,QiLin QuFu ShengJiGao for external use.Control group are given gentamycin,gauze with insulin,gauze with acrinol.Result：Curative effects of diabetic feet of Observation group are obviously better than of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Curative rate of applying integrated Chinese and Western medicine to diabetic feet is higher.
