糖尿病合并视网膜病变36例临床护理体会

Nursing Experience of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Retinopathy:a Report of 36 Cases

目的:总结糖尿病合并视网膜病变手术前后的护理经验。方法:选择2010年2～5月在西安电力中心医院门诊进行治疗的36例糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者,对其进行相应的眼科手术治疗后,给予控制血糖治疗并进行良好的护理。结果:36例患者经过科学的治疗和细心护理后,29例患者的血糖都控制在正常范围,眼底病变也得到有效控制,其中7例合并高血压患者病情稳定。结论:糖尿病合并视网膜病变在手术前后进行精心护理并结合血糖控制治疗,可收到良好的效果。

Objective：To summarize nursing experience on patients with diabetes mellitus and retinopathy before and after the surgery.Method：36 outpatients were selected in Xi＇an Electric Power Central Hospital from February 2010 to May.After 36 cases with diabetes mellitus and retinopathy received their corresponding eye surgery treatment,control blood sugar and good care were given.Result：Among 36 cases after treatment and careful nursing,blood glucose of 29 cases has been controlled in the normal range and retinopathy has also been effectively controlled,including 7 cases of hypertension patients in stable condition.Conclusion：Aborative nurse and control blood sugar can get good treatment and care results for patients with diabetes mellitus and retinopathy before and after the surgery.
