摘要
对日月山养鹿场围栏放牧的10只梅花鹿公鹿的7项血清生理指标进行了测定,并与祁连白唇鹿、祁连马鹿、祁连梅花鹿的某些生理指标作了比较。结果显示,日月山梅花鹿公鹿血清总蛋白极显著低于祁近白唇鹿、祁连马鹿及祁连梅花鹿(P<0.01);日月山梅花鹿公鹿血清无机磷极显著低于祁连白唇鹿(P<0.01),其它血清生理指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Seven physiological idex about the serums of ten spotted male deer on Riyue mountain were determinated and compared with some physrological idex of white-lipped deer,red deer and spotted deer in Qilian.The results showed that the total serum protein（TSP） of spotted male deer was less than that of white-lipped deer,red deer and spotted deer in Qilian（P0.01）;The serum inorganic phosphorus of spotted male deer was also less than that of white-lipped deer（P0.01）,but other physiologrcal idex do not exist significant difference（P0.05）.
