未来电网—多层次直流环形电网与“云电力” 被引量:27

摘要 化石能源的日益枯竭和环境压力的日益增加,将促使人类从传统能源向以可再生能源为主的清洁能源过渡。可再生能源资源及电力负荷的空间分布特点,决定了未来电网将呈现大电网与分布式电网平行发展的格局;同时,由于可再生能源具有不稳定性的特征,从而对电网的实时功率平衡与调度带来了重大的挑战。因此,为了保障电力供应,人们认识到必须对现有电网进行升级改造,其中,选择合理的电网结构是升级电网的重要手段。基于我国的现实情况,本文提出了未来电网的多层次直流环形电网结构,并进一步对"云电力"的概念进行了讨论,供参考和商讨。 In the future, the renewable energy will be the dominant energy. Due to the special performance and the distribution picture of the renewable energy, it will need to develop a corresponding future power grid. In this pa- per, we suggest that a multiple-level DC loop grid would be the suitable mode for power grid, in which DC-based loop grid for wide-area transmission system, distribution system and distributed network should be developed, and all the power sources and customers would be connected to the loop grids. The power transmission line and cable are used to connect all the loops. Therefore, the future power grid would be able to make full use of the comple- mentarities of all of the energy resources distributed in the wide area including large-scale power plants and distribu- ted power plants. This means that the future power supply would be a "Cloud Powering" mode other than the pres- ent mode.
