摘要
以佛山市东平大桥拱肋拼装轨道式龙门起重机为例,介绍了万能杆件组拼式超大型龙门起重机的设计,解决了超高、超宽的大型起吊设备设计的难题,整个龙门拼装操作方便,对大桥拱肋拼装施工起到了很重要的作用;并通过有限元软件ANSYS进行验算,对龙门吊进行了优化,结果表明:在满足设计基本参数的前提下,达到了优化设计的目的。
Take ra design of large gantry mounted gantry cranes arch assembly of Donging Bridge in Foshan City for example, the cranes of universal-type bar assembly was introduced. The extra-high and extra-wide lifting equipment design problems were solved, and the whole gantry assembly was very easy to operate, which played a significant role in the arch construction. Optimized design of the gantry crane based on checking through finite element software ANSYS, and the results show that in the premise of meeting the basic designed parameters, the purpose of optimum design was achieved.
