摘要
沙特YCC水泥公司7000t/d熟料线改造升级为9500t/d熟料后,由中国中材国际工程股份有限公司对其旁路放风废气处理系统实施了配套技改。其改造方案主要为新增袋收尘器和废气排风机各一台,并将原电收尘器改作烟气混合室用于入袋收尘器废气的降温处理。通过热平衡计算,进行了废气排风机和袋除尘器的选型。通过复算与审核,所选袋收尘器处理风量和除尘能力能够满足提产后的系统要求;电收尘器作混合室,也满足其使用可靠性的要求。
As the 7 000 t/d clinker production line of Saudi Arabia was upgraded to 9500 t/d, the by-pass ventilation system was then rebuilt by Sinoma International Engineering Co.,Ltd.. And the alteration scheme included adding a bag filter and a exhaust fan and using the old electrical precipitator as the flue gas mixing chamber to cool down the temperature of gas into the bag filter. By thermal balance calculation, the type of bag filter and exhaust fan was selected, and by check and examine, it was showed that the capacity of bag filter and fan satisfied the requirements and as well as that of the mixing chamber.
