濮阳同力粉磨站粉煤灰计量系统技改案例浅析

摘要 濮阳同力水泥有限公司100万t/a粉磨站项目粉煤灰计量系统原由单管螺旋给料机和环状天平秤组成,因给料过程不稳定,计量系统对工艺适应能力差等原因,造成使用时存在给料波动大、掺量控制失效等问题。2010年6月,该公司对此系统进行了采用科氏力秤作为计量装置的技术改造,原系统拆除、新系统安装共用2d,设备调试过程仅用2h即投入正常使用。运行证明,改造后系统控制准确度高,且无冲料、跑料现象;同时满足生产两种水泥的配比要求,且即使在低量程下工作,计量与控制效果仍能达到预定指标。 The flyash metering system of Puyang Tongli 1000 000 t/a Grinding Plant was constituted by screw feeder and annular balance-type scale, and due to the unstable feeding and weak adaptability to process, the feeding fluctuated greatly and the blending con- trol became invalid. In June 2010, the company removed the old metering system and adopted KXT dosing system, and it took only two days to install the new system and only two hours of commmissioning to normal use. The operation showed that the new system had high control precision and there was no fatlit of rushing and running. And it could satisfy the requirements of two different cement synchro- nously, and even if it worked at low range, the expected index of measuring and control effect could be reached.
