斗式秤配料控制系统的改造设计与安装与调试

Design,installation and debugging of the control system of weighing machine with tipping hopper

通过对江苏天山集团湖山公司斗式秤配料控制系统改造总体方案的逐项分析、研究,形成了完整的技术方案和主要电路及PLC控制程序、控制画面的组态等详细的设计思路,并在实际完成系统的设计及安装的基础上拟定出符合系统要求的调试方案。改造后的系统实际运行证明,该系统的改造方案合理,改后系统运行稳定,配料控制精度满足要求。

By term-by-term analysis and study of alterations scheme of the control system of weighing machine with tipping hopper of Wuxi Tianshan Cement Group Hushan Company, the integrated technology scheme and the detail design idea of main circuit and PLC control programme and control picture configuration were formed, and on base of finishing design and installation of the system, reasonable debugging plan was propared. Finally, the real operation of new system proved that the alteration scheme was reasonable as the system run stable and the batching control precision satisifed the requirements.
