摘要
华润水泥(阳春)有限公司2500t/d熟料生产线配套建设了4.5MW的余热发电机组。分析介绍了该机组调试运行中出现的锅炉给水系统、电气励磁系统及DCS系统的问题及处理方法;同时,对提升系统发电量和节电、节水措施也作了详细介绍。
China Resources Cement （Yangchun） Co.,Ltd. constructed a 4.SMW waste heat power generation unit for their 2500t/d clinker production line. And the problems of water supply system, electric magnetization system and DCS system in commissioning of the power generation unit were analysed and the measures were introduced as well as that of increasing power generation and saving energy and water.
