摘要
采用宏观检验、微观检验、化学成分分析、金相组织分析等手段对消防水带接口断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,消防水带接口断裂主要是由于接口化学成分中Fe含量严重超标,导致大量铁相的生成,脆性铁相在试验过程中产生微裂纹,加之氧化物破坏基体连续性,产生较高应力集中,从而在水压性能试验过程中断裂。
The fracture analysis of fire hose coupling was conducted by macro and micro appearance observation,chemical composition analysis and metallurgical structure inspection.Results show that the main cause of fire hose coupling cracking is that micro cracks formed in the iron phase during the process of pressure experiment.In addition,the oxide destroys the continuity of substrate,which results in a high stress concentration.
