摘要 航空导管用TA18钛合金管材要求具有很高的机械性能、良好的加工性能以及良好的耐腐蚀性能等综合性能。针对国内航空导管用TA18钛合金管材试制阶段所存在的问题,通过原料成分优化、每道次轧制变形量和Q值的控制以及管材退火温度的合适选择试图解决TA18钛合金管材综合性能的匹配问题;通过管坯尺寸偏差的控制以及每道次轧制精度的控制以达到成品管材尺寸公差满足标准要求;通过管材轧制中内外表面处理提高成品管材的探伤合格率。试制结果表明,采用此工艺可以制备尺寸精度及力学性能满足标准要求的TA18钛合金成品管材,但成品管材探伤合格率仅为66%,还需改进提高。 TA18 titanium alloy tubes used as aerial tubes demand excellent combination properties with high mechanical properties, good processing performance and corrosion resistance. In China, the TA18 titanium alloy tubes are in an experimental study and manufacture stage. The existing problems for TA18 titanium alloy tubes are low precision in size and poor performance matching. In order to solve the problem of poor performance matching, the methods of optimizing material compositions, controlling of rolling deformation of per pass and Q value, and proper annealing temperature were adopted. An attempt of controlling the dimension deviation of billets and precision of tube size during rolling was made to make the dimensional tolerances of the finished tubes meet the requirements of standard. The measure of inner and outer surface treatment was taken to increase the flaw detection eligibility rate. The results shown that the Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium alloy tubes that meet performance requirement can be manufactured by the methods described in this paper, the eligibility rate of the flaw detection is 66%.
