水解在四氯化钛精制中的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 研究了粗四氯化钛预水解技术和采用铝粉除钒的四氯化钛精制蒸馏釜底残液水解技术。通过从四氯化钛混合液水解前后主要成分的变化情况、四氯化钛水解反应机理、水解过程控制等方面对TiCl4精制工序的预水解和蒸馏釜底残液水解技术应用进行了分析,确定了TiCl4水解的加水量、加水方式和水解后混合液沉降时间是TiCl4水解工艺过程的关键控制点,并与传统处理工艺进行了比较。 In this paper, the process of the TiCl4 pre- hydrolysis and still bottom hydrolysis during purifying TiCl4 with removing vanadium by aluminum powder were researched. The Change of major components of TiCl4 mixture and the mechanism of TiCl4 mixture hydrolysis and the key of the TiCl4 mixture pre-hydrolysis and still bottom hydrolysis were analyzed, the results showed the amount of water used to hydrolyze and the means of adding water and the settling time of hydrolyzed TiCl4 mixture are the keys of these two hydrolysis process. This paper also compared the hydrolysis process with the normal process.
