摘要
在整车开发设计初期,发动机舱内的流场分析是机舱零部件布置和优化的重要手段。文章利用STAR-CCM+软件对某轿车在概念设计阶段的发动机舱流动进行了模拟仿真,获取了其发动机舱内流场特性,指出了阻碍流动的回流、阻滞区及漏风位置,进一步提出了优化机舱内流动的改进方案。通过流场分析辅以经验设计,为发动机舱后续的布置优化提供了依据。
In the early stage of vehicle development, flow field analysis of engine compartment is the main measures of compartment part layout and optimization. Numerical simulation of air flow of engine compartment is c, ondueted with STARCCM+ software, and the resuh of flow field of engine compartment is obtained. The backflow that hindered the air flow, block air flowarea and the position of air leakage are pointed out, and some further improving solutions for optimizing compartment flow field are put forward. It provides reference for engine compartment layout and optimization with flow field analysis and experience design.
