纳米铁酸镁对软PVC阻燃性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用共沉淀法合成纳米铁酸镁。用X-Ray衍射线、TEM表征合成的铁酸镁。通过热分析法研究了用铁酸镁作为阻燃剂的软PVC从室温到1000℃的热降解过程,通过氧指数和拉伸强度的检测,研究了铁酸镁对软PVC性能的影响。结果表明:采用共沉淀法合成的纳米铁酸镁具有尖晶结构,平均粒径为10~17nm;铁酸镁添加量为2.5份时,软PVC的氧指数就由27.4%提高到29.3%,试样的最终残碳量由12.5%提高到16.4%;添加适量的铁酸镁可以较好地改善软PVC试样的机械性能。 Nano-magnesium ferrite was synthesized via a coprecipitation route.The magnesium ferrite samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The thermal degradation process of soft PVC from room temperature to 1000℃ with the as-prepared magnesium ferrite as fire retardant was researched by thermal analysis method,and the effect of magnesium ferrite on the property of soft PVC was researched by the detection of oxygen index and tensile strengh.The results showed that: the co-precipitation prepared nano-sium ferrite was spinel typed,had an average particle size from 10~17nm.Oygen index of the soft PVC was enhanced from 27.4% to 29.3%,and the final remnant carbon was enhanced from 12.5% to 16.4%,when the addition dosage of the magnesium ferrite was 2.5%.Proper addition dosage of the magnesium ferrite can improve the mechanism property of the soft PVC samples.
